Is it possible for me to get my old job back even after being fired?
I have been let go from my position a year ago. Back then I was denied unemployment. I appealed for unemployment and won. I have been receiving unemployment checks for a year now and my benefits are running out. I have been trying to look for many jobs but been unsuccessful. I loved my old job, and I want to know how in any way how can i do it if I have been kicked out of the premises the day I was fired a year ago?

Most likely not. This is why people advise you to be an adult and refrain from doing anything "stupid" such as causing a scene. I am sure you were blacklisted and probably categorized as a no re-hire. Even if all the staff has changed, if they marked you as a non-hire in the file, you will not be hired.

You need a clue...you were fired! You will never work there again. You honesty can't see that? Wow...

You can apply, and they can rehire you if they want to, but it sounds pretty unlikely.
