Sleep apnoea...................what can he do?
OK, an older friend of mine has been diagnosed with sleep apnoea. Does anyone know of a natural or other cure?????

Well, quitting smoking if he smokes helps. Lose weight if he is overweight. The extra weight create extra tissue through the entire body, not just the waist line and shrinking the size of some tissues also help.
Address any underlying allergy problems, the swelling in the tissues from being inflamed can add to the problem.
But honestly, let the doctor lead on this one. Sleep apnea is a really difficult condition to correct and it's long term effects are many and far reaching. There is no pill to pop (other than an allergy pill if he has allergies), no magic liquid or special pillow.

The doctors may prescribe an oxygen mask (cumbersome to use) or sinus or throat surgery.
He has to lose weight and quit smoking, if he is smoking.

My dad had that.
He went to see a doctor and they gave him some pills for it.
