You must be 21 or older.
You must have steady employment.
You must have a checking account.
You must have good credit.
Do you have bad credit history?
Ask here how to fix it.
There are many tricks to fixing credit.
Ex: With medical bills and other one time charges(if you have cash), you can do a pay on delete to erase the debt from your credit reports.
With credit cards - you can negotiate - down to nothing - if you know how to do it right.
Ask here or get a book on Debt and Credit Repair from your bookstore.

Do you need this card?
Needing a credit card is the wrong reason.
That means you will carry a balance.
Carrying balances not only destroys credit - it can ruin your life.
