Can a local community or city be sued?
Or the Federal Government for that matter? I feel discriminated against because of my psychosis and paranoia, veteran, awarded social security back in 2003, but then turned it down because I was working a simpleton job at the time. Now I've been denied social twice, cannot find a job, who would hire me with these mental and physical conditions? Get threats and gestures all the time in public, and when I snap back I get in trouble?!?! Society is good at eliminating who they don not want but it is not legal! Do I have the right to exist?!?! Just wondering if I have ANY legal or human rights?

They can be sued, but it doesn't sound like you have anything resembling a claim.
