Why would girls feel insulted if a guy says that she does not look good in skinny jeans?
Girs, would you feel insulted if a random guy says that you do not look good in skinny jeans? How would you react, and respond to that person? Would you ignore it, cry, laugh, buy loose jeans, etc???

Ok, I'm going to assume your question is serious. So, if some random guy told me I didn't look good in skinny jeans, I'd probably be initially a little shocked that some stranger would bother to say that, and in all honesty, I think it would bother me. I would likely take offence because whether it's true or not, it's a rather nosey, brash thing for a stranger to say at random. Then after about 10 wasted minutes wishing the "commenter" would walk in front of a bus, id likely be over it and on with the rest of my fat/skinny jeans day. The insult comes from a total stranger interrupting your day to "help"/insult you by kindly sharing his thoughts about your person...it's an imposition. It's like if I told you that you needed "Just for Men haircolor", because you're grey hair is really unattractive "to me", (btw: these are just random examples, not my personal preferences!). Or if I were to walk over and ask you to pluck that unibrow - just trying to help. It's just a bit inappropriate. I think you could be the nicest guy, with an honest-to-goodness fashion tip for the well being of a not-so-skinny, skinny-jeans wearing gal, and she'd either physically, verbally or mentally be putting the "smack-down" on you. Of course everyone is different. Every situation is different. The dynamics change depending on what you are talking about. Tell me I have something stuck in my teeth and I would blush and say thank you. Teeth=win, Fat ***=fail .... Why is that? Any sociology majors around??

I would feel insulted, but I'm not one of those people who need to wear size 100 instead of a size 2. . . Of course girls will be offended when people point that out; they think they look good, and they will just call them rude. Most girls will just act apathetic or laugh it off, but really, they probably feel like crying, and then buy loose jeans LOL

Lol saying that is just like calling a girl fat. XD
I don't really wear jeans and I really don't care about most guy's opinions on what I wear. If I feel comfortable wearing it, then any comments won't really affect me.

If you said it to me I would be highly insulted, ask you what the hell's your problem, and just blow you off. But I would look for looser jeans next time I went shopping.
However, if you said it to one of my friends, I would sock you in the face.

As girls, We of course would be strongly affected by what guys say.
But after awhile, We'll just think that comments are lame and criticism is
part of life. Ha. Us girls as girls.

Cause girls want to be told they can look good in everything. You got to be more careful about you say man. Sadly...They are very insecure creatures :(

I don't think you can tell a woman she doesn't look good in anything :)
