dating question? open to everyone?

ok im a guy 16 just going to throw that out there. I just strated dating this girl on the 16. and we have been talking for a few months then just recently we started to get closer so i asked her out. but the only problem is that she doesnt really talk to me that much. like we talk on myspace a little bit, but she never calls and shes barely ever home. and i guess im just the type of person that likes to talk to the person there dating and know what there doing and what not. like the other day i asked her to call before she goes to the mall so i know when she leaves bc we both were going to hangout at the mall but she didnt call.. how can i being it up that i want to talk to her more with out sounding like a dick or without pulling her away from her friends or what not bc i know we both have are owe lives also. or am i just over reacting . and is it bad that shes 13 turning 14 ???
