How long does it take to burn through one piece of a Scentsy fragrance bar?

One of my friends is a Scentsy consultant and got me one of the Scentsy warmers for my birthday. I also bought some of the fragrance bars on the side. I am curious if anyone knows how many hours it takes to completly burn up/use one piece of a Scentsy bar? I know it must take several hours at least.

Update:

I'm talking about the flameless candle type products.

I know I could just ask my friend too, but she might be busy right now.

    Hi!

It actually depends on several factors, but the general "rule" is 80 hours for a bar. It depends on how often you use your warmer, how drafty your home is, etc. One thing to keep in mind is that it will not evaporate! If you're waiting for the wax to evaporate, that will not happen. Our wax only warms and doesn't burn, therefore it doesn't release all those fumes and toxins into your home. Since the wax isn't evaporating in the air, it remains in your dish.

When you notice your scent has gone, then you pour out your wax (if it's warm) or pop it out (if it's cold). Wipe it clean and you're ready for another cube!

Hope that helps! Enjoy your Scentsy.

    How To Use Scentsy Bars

  • 1 decade ago

Each bar is supposed to last 80 hours (at minimum). There are 8 cubes in each bar, so one cube should last 8 hours. However, I keep my warmers on all the time and mine always last far longer than that! :)
