Yes, you should drop him for almost any of those players.

No I would keep Jackson as long as possible. unless you need the play during the season, then I'd drop him but def not before the season starts. If Vincent decides to come back at any point you will be much happier with him rather than any of those players.
He will out perform all those guys and you will be made if you drop him and someone else gets his stats. Keep Jackson!
