The two parts would be the actual verb you are using, plus the reflexive pronoun attached to the verb. For example: LEVANTARSE=TO GET UP (to rise). You must use the reflexive pronoun and the conjugated form of the verb itself: ME LEVANTO (I get up)
TE LEVANTAS (you get up)
SE LEVANTA (he/she/it gets up), etc., etc.

The two parts are the verb and the direct object. Ex. For the reflexive verb lavarse, lavar is the verb (which means to wash) and se is the direct object. If you wanted to say I wash myself you would say, Me lavo. You have to change both parts to the right form.

the infinitive is always with se. ducharse for example yo me ducho tú te ducahs él se ducha nosotros nos duchamos vos os ducháis ellos se duchan

idon't get it your answer a lot but those verbs are used
to say something you do and is affecting to yourself
like
get dressed, fall asleep
i get dressed - yo me visto----verb is vestirse
i fall asleep - yo me duermo----verb is dormirse
