how do I get rid of...?

Uniblue Registry.dll I can't delete if from the Control panel or from Program Files on my old desktop PC running Windows XP? I can't install anything to fight it, because it shuts down & reboots the computer every 3.5 minutes. Please be kind enough to give me serious answers. Thanks!

    I recommend that you reinstall windows all over again. Some of these anti virus programs are made to intentionally do that. It's crap, but that's what they do!
