Should I be worried about miscarriage?
My last cycle was the last week of July. I am on the 3-month pack of BC and started to get prego symptoms. I stopped the BC since I know it is not good if you are prego. Not had sex since then to make sure nothing happens... but I am spotting and having light flow and light cramping. Nowhere near my normal period symptoms. Still have prego symptoms. I know that some women continue to have light periods the whole time they are prego. Should I be worried I will miscarry?
BTW still haven't gotten a positive test result. Was told it was too early.
To clarify, had implantation bleeding 2 weeks after last period, sore heavy breasts, heartburn, need to eat every 3-4 hours, peeing much more than usual, constipation, etc.

It does sound like prego symptoms. im 4 weeks pregnant and i didnt have any symptoms but i was late so yea when the test came back positive i started to get symptoms like heavy sore breasts,cramping, abit of constipation. Im not too sure if u will miscarry, all u can do is w8 until u have a positive result then talk to your doctor.
