Details for Work Permit of Canada?

I am Commerce Graduate from Mumbai, and have about 12 years experience in Accounts and Book Keeping, I would like to apply for work permit visa for Canada. Please help me and guide me for processing my application, what is the procedure and which is the best website that will guide me, give positive results for my application. I don't want to apply for PR as cannot score 67 point.

Work permits are given out ONLY For specific jobs and unfortunately accountants is NOT on the list. Therefore you will NOT be eligible.
