Ha ha!! Very good question!! It always bothers me, because one time I bought my regular Shampoo, that I always buy, and the label said, NEW & IMPROVED, right. So I go home and read each bottle completely, the new & old bottle that I still had, and they were EXACTLY the same! So, how can it be NEW & IMPROVED? Advertisement is all lies!!

Take Care ~ Sorry, I know I didn't answer your question, but I have no idea!!

I do know however, that people DO NOT sample dog food, for taste before it goes on the market!!

I put half a bowl of each food out to find out which one my new dog likes and she will go for the one she likes best, rather than just the one she sees first.

Was fairly certain she would prefer 'burns' over 'james wells beloved' but i tried that just out of interest to see if she preferred the better food and she did.

So maybe they do that with lots of dogs and food samples, just a guess.

If they don't , its not like the dog can tell them.

They say that to make you think "Wow, my dog will love this!" when in fact it's **** and really bad for any kind of animal.

maybe humans the dog isn't going to tell anyone

    Humans.

    Honestly.

Before dog tests, dog food is tested on humans.

    ****

    It's a FACT.

Dog food /is/ tested on humans, then dogs.

There's even dog food out there that boasts that it DOESN'T test on animals at all.
