will my Wii get banned if i update it?

i got my Wii in December 09 and yesterday i accidentally pressed i agree to update.my Wii is chipped so i just turned off the console but it still updated and when i tried 2 play it worked my Wii is on version 4.3 but it still says that there is an update available to the shop channel came back after you get it. so should i update my Wii again.

    NEVER update a modified wii!

    if you are on 4.3, i and it's working, i doubt the shop channel will do anything. sounds like the damage is done already. go ahead. next time be more careful

    if you use any hacks...NEVER UPDATE!!! It will get bricked and never work again.
