Will the MAC refill eyeshadow pans break in the mail?

I order the MAC refill pans in the mail all the time, and I have never had a problem. They send them out in a box w/ tissue paper, so unless someone runs over the box in their vehicle, I don't think you will have broken refill pans. IF you do happen to get a broken refill pan, I am sure that they will have no problem replacing it for you.

im sure they will if it broke in the mail. if that happens be sure not to use the product at all. im not too sure because ive never ordered mac from the site but im sure they would.

nah. i'm sure they wrap it so that it won't break .

you're not the first person to order it, i'm sure, so if they're still mailing, obvi not that many people have complained it broke.
