Yes I have owed money for services and so has many of my friends. You have a few options on payments. You could just pay the bill, make monthly payments you can afford, avoid the bill and they will turn it into collections which will be on your credit report until you pay it off. Hope that helps.

certainly..everyone that has ANY need for medical care, owes...
you may want to be a little more specific...had a hard time with payment, insurance or not, owed over a period of time, unable to pay, out of work, lawsuits, insurance refuses claim..again, many different areas you can go with this question..try to define it someway & you'll get more answers..or ask different qeustions..good luck!!
