how do i make my fringe stay to the side?

Im 14 and finished having chemo roughly 9 months ago. Since then, my hair has grow roughly 6cms. (my hair fell out). I used to have my fringe to the left. Since it started growing back, I've just had it as a front fringe. When i try and sweep it to the left, it won't sit, but when i sweep it to the right, it feels really firm and comfortable, and sits properly. I really want it to the left like i used to have it, but it wont cooperate! How can I make it stay, but without hairspray or any chemicals?

Update:

if it matters at all, i straighten my hair, ^.^

i used to have this problem too, i couldn't ever get my bangs on my left side. But, i tried blow-drying it to the side when its wet, and it works. You can also try this ; before you go to bed take your fringe to the left side and make it really tight, and then pin it. When you wake up your fringe should sit a little better to the left side, but you might have to keep on doing it for a week or so to get it perfect.also, it may have a some kinks in it from the bobby pins, but you can just straighten it :)

    Hope this helped...Good luck :D

If you blowdry it to the left, it should stay.
