How many people know what an EXECUTIVE ORDER is....?

and how it can be used to overturn Clinton's DADT Policy? Who has to sign it? Can it be filibustered or voted on? How tired am I saying the same thing over and over re: this topic and the "blame game"?

Err.. I do.. I'm a bit confused as to why they're trying to repeal it in Congress, anyway? Obama is the Commander-in-Chief, and I thought he had already ordered DADT repealed.. seems to me as though he can easily get it done through executive order.

An "Executive Order" is a written order signed by the Prez of the U.S. Presidency = "Executive" Branch of the Federal govt.
