Overdraft in Wachovia?
I got 88$ Overdraft in my bank account in wachovia and today i deposit 100 $ in my bank account and now i have only 12$ .. will they refund my money or 88$ was penalty and i lost my money ????????????????????
with my debit card and it was online shopping

The $88 is a penalty you get assessed because you spent money you didn't have in your account. You either wrote a check, had an automatic debit come out or opted in to have overdraft protection when using your debit card.
You will NOT get the $88 back.
Now, if this is the FIRST time you have ever had an overdraft fee assessed, you *may* be able to go to the bank and talk to a manager and see if one or both of the fees can be lifted. They do not have to remove them though.
