Update 2:

For the record, I don't think it's a ghost. But I would be glad to hear people's ideas of what they think it is. According to the people there, there was no person there. I can account for the fact that every family member of that household is either in the picture or holding the camera.

Update 3:

Do you think a person would fit between the people in the foreground, and the door jam in the background?

    the is definitely a face there whether it's a ghost or not is impossible to say.
