Has anyone else encountered inability to edit their answer?
For the past 2 days, once submitted, I've been unable to edit any of my answers. This is really getting annoying. For example, this morning someone asked a question, and I quickly typed an answer, and then hit "submit" before I could catch it to fix an error.. I couldn't edit it. I'm noticing I can't edit anything, including add an edit comment. And Yahoo seems completely to have discontinued any possible way to contact them to report a bug. If you try to click on the "contact us" button, it just tells you they're busy; come back later. But they're never un-busy. Anybody got any ideas?

What might take place if there have been no hypothetical questions? lack of ability to respond to such hypothetical questions ought to certainly be indicative of psychological stagnation, or probable a loss of mind's eye, yet there are a number of, many different ability motives besides. the main glaring one is that the hypothetical individual puzzled did no longer hear the question. this could be simply by inattention, loss of pastime, interference from different stimuli, or maybe physiological handicap interior the proper experience (i.e. deafness, blindness). yet another accessible clarification is that the questionee isn't fluent interior the language of the questioner. this could be as dramatic as the two persons speaking completely distinctive language, making comprehension of the question impossible (i.e. the questionee speaks in user-friendly terms Arapaho, at a similar time as the question substitute into extra in Hyperborean Tsath-Yo). even nevertheless it may additionally be simply by technical jargon or stepped forward language that the questionee is unfamiliar with. If I have been to invite "Do you think of that accelerated hypermorphosis, quite than neotenic paedomorphosis must be by and massive in charge for the amaurosis of endemic troglodytic Ambylostoma tigrinum?" - your lack of ability to respond to would no longer be completely with regards to a loss of mind's eye on your area, yet extra probable simply by an lack of ability to come to a decision what the f**ok i'm speaking approximately.

I only recently started having this problem. It lets me go to the edit screen, but then when I hit the preview button, it just sends me back to the question.
Interesting thing is that the link I'm sent to is
answers.yahoo.com/question
with no strange string of numbers following. I'm starting to wonder if they're trying to phase out the "preview" screen entirely, and for some reason forgot to change links...
