a question about collectible movies?
My father has a small collection of old movies from the 1940s. Almost all of them are in black and white, and they are all in their original cans. some are war propaganda films, some are news reels, many are cartoons. Where can i go to get them appraised?

in the uk it would be the British film institute.
there must be something similar there
