    Go to http://www.google.com/finance/stockscreener. Click on the Add Criteria link and then Price -> Last Price -> Add Criteria. The Last Price is then added to the list of criteria.

    Remove the default criteria items by clicking on the x to the right of each one. Enter a minimum price of 1 and a maximum price of 200 for the criteria min and max values and then press the enter key. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the list of stocks. Click on the Last Price column header to sort by the last price in descending order.
