type the questions and type the answers, after u did all of that erase the answers and see if u can fill it in again without cheating.

go to a quiet space preferably not your room, have a desk or a table with a light pens pencils and what ever else you need, no clutter please. go were it is quiet.
Take a test to see if you are a more auditory or visual learner this could help you when you study.
get organized get a binder for each class with tab dividers. Home work one for notes another for handouts. get paper
