Why can't I install itunes for my dell laptop?

It said could not open key: UNKOWN\Components\DA42BC89BF255BD0AF18C3B9B1A1EE8\7E577B2224C65CF4E801A9E2375DB49. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel. Any help will do that is good or solve this problem. Thanks

Update:

Um not true because I can install it on my Window based Desktop running XP and my laptop is running Windows 7 home edition

Update 2:

I didn't restarted I shut it down then wait 2 or three hours.

    Try restarting your Laptop

    Or download it again until it will install

    I'm not qualified to give you a definitive answer, however, I suspect that "I-Tunes" is Apple based and Windows based programs can't access them. I think.
