How do I fight for my Daughter in the State of Utah?
I am faced with a problem that I need assistance with. I reside in the State of California and am trying to see and speak with daughter who resides with her mother in the State of Utah. Her mother has denied me that right because of a dis-agreement. I did not agree with the Halloween costume that my daughters mom was going to put on her. Now as a result of this dis-agreement, she has told me to take her to court for my right. I cannot financially afford an Attorney, and don't trust those "Legal-Aid pay as you go" companies.
Paternity has already been done with the State to determine that I am the father so I could pay Child Support.
I have asked the courts assistance, but they say they cant help me. I need help. My daughter is 7 years old, and I only want what is best for her. Please, as this is a serious matter, I request your answers be the same, serious.

My parents are divorced and when my parents go in diagreements they would speak to one another but still let us see him. Tell her that as your childs father you have the right to voice oppinions on what your daughter wears and you also have every right to see her. If she still doesn't listen threaten to not pay child support because she is refusing your right as your daughters parent.
