Best Practices
# Wear protective clothing and hats as an additional measure of protection.
# Avoid the sun during peak hours (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
#Apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes BEFORE you go out into the sun
If you go into the sun immediately after applying sunscreen, stay in the shade for the first 30 minutes.
#Reapply your sunscreen about every 2 hours.
#Use an SPF-containing lip balm whenever you are out in the sun.
Tips for Preventing Breakouts
* Choose "noncomedogenic" hair, skin, & makeup products.
* Avoid touching your face with your hands. Hands can spread bacteria to facial pores.
* Rinse off soon after working out to help prevent sweat and skin oils from mixing and clogging pores.
* Avoid overwashing or using harsh scrubs. These can cause excess oil production.
* Keep stress under control. Stress doesn't cause acne, but it may lead to overproduction of skin oils.

aahh try not to touch it at all. Try any thing with Salicylic acid (clean and clear has a lot of face products with it and you can buy it at any pharmacy), use it overnight, then also crush up a Midol or Asprin and mix it with a little water to make paste and put it on your pimple over night, it will take away the redness and calm it down a little. Just so you know, if the pimple is open, it might burn a little for the first 5 minutes when using the Salicylic acid and or midol. hope this helped, i did this last night and it helped a ton

1. Put hot water in a bowl and put your face over it with a towel.
2. Once your pores are open... use a sewing needle to gently poke through the "hole" of the pimple.
3. Squeeze out anything you can.
4. Use a ear swab to soak up some hydrogen peroxide and rest it onto your pimple. The pimple will turn white and tingle but should be gone by the time you wake up.
