how do you locate a IP address?
My son is being harrassed by a certain girl he knows that lives right here in the same town in USA. She opened up a fake facebook account under a "different" girl from a "different" county called "turkey". we know it's the same girl. How do we prove it's her? I looked on help section and there is no email contact or phone number to facebook. Please help!

YOu can not locate a IP address if IP address is not known. If IP address is well known then is easy to locate by using IP locators such as http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/ or http://www.find-ip-address.org/
If he have received any email from her then he can copy/paste email header and locate IP address.
But if there is not any information's, he did not receive anything then is impossible to find out who is it.

We'll you can block her name on his facebook. I had to do it one time with a farm town user. Spooky guy but I had to go to security & block everyone that name was Andy. Goodluck!
