We we legalized cannibalism on already dead people how much food would we save?

I am wondering if push comes to shove would it be even worth it to legalize cannibalism on already dead people to solve food shortages. Or is the amount of people meat you would get not worth it.

Update:

No I am asking is the quanity enough to even consider it.

We're already doing it. Not many people know, but we go overseas and give hundreds of millions of people a special visa. They board a big ship, and we tell them it's going to America, but instead, it goes to a factory in China where they are processed. Most of the good meat goes to fast food chains while the bad meat goes to feed livestock or becomes fertilizer. If we did not do this, there would be like 50 billion people in the world, civil wars, mass mobs, starvation, etc. Humans taste good, like pork. McRibs are made out of 25% human meat, 25% pigs, and 50% hydrogenated corn.

You can't or shouldn't eat other animal meat if they die before you decide to butcher them. Disease is an issue.

Probably would be the same for people meat.

It would be more beneficial to society and cheaper to just feed the homeless to the starving.
