Someone asked about Bush, which appears irrelevant to the question, especially when we were once told how the world would respect us and rally around Obama.
Nonetheless, Bush's last performance, following the financial crisis, was noteworthy for its result in a unity among nations ro reform their financial systems and reject protectionism. Now, it appears, we are all going to stand in our own little corners.

The be conscious is Summit. He sent advisers to make effective he knew what went on, yet George Bush remains President. he's inquiring for a bailout kit to be waiting for authentic after inauguration, or now if Bush has an identical opinion. yet at a Summit, you have heads of State, in many situations, no longer inevitably heads of government (those positions are diverse in numerous international places, yet in united statesa., the President is the two). besides, Obama isn't head of State until inaugurated even with the shown fact that he could have sufficient effect now to function in fact as a de facto government chief.

I don't think that our world image is changing, but the world itself is. The G20 Summit includes many more members that previous summits did, and they're smaller countries that don't necessarily agree with us on everything. Or don't wish to be perceived as agreeing. That would seem to affect the overall result more than Pres. Obama's actions.

It's the same as Bush, Hillary, even Colin Powell was sucked in. You see, when they speak to Americans and reporters, they're speaking to an audience who has been well seasoned with bu|| biscuits for years. When they speak to foreign leaders, their 'biscuits' fall on deaf ears. So they're often embarassed, outmatched and outwitted when they try to speak to people who know what's going on.

Well if someone is judging an entire group of people based on one folly of their singular leader, they have issues themselves.

Everything takes time.
And at least he didn't do extremely awful (Bush's worst foreign policy mistake was Iraq, which only four of our allies actually agreed to commit to)
