    How is a topical debate on something that effects our 4th amendment rights not political???

    Liberals want to deflect the fact that the TSA is in the business of eroding our rights under the 4th Amendment.

    The TSA is part of the Executive Branch, all of whose top leaders are appointed by the President and it is therefore political.

    It's ENTIRELY political.

    NO agent is ALLOWED to make any security-related decision - ever. They MUST follow a politically-constructed flow-chart AT THE EXPENSE of security.

    Obvious non-threat? Follow the flow-chart.

    Obvious threat? Follow the flow-chart.

    "Additional scrutiny" is applied ONLY in cases determined by the flowchart for reasons that NEVER EVER have any security-related interest and which are in-fact deliberately constructed to IMPAIR security.
