What is the dose of nicotine ingested by a person smoking a pack (20) of cigarettes?
I was considering getting my nicotine by using a replacement therapy product and wasn't sure which one provided a similar dose.

Each cigarette contains approximately 1mg of nicotine. So 20 will contain 20mg.
Some nicotine is actually destroyed by the flame so you actually get less than 20mg.
