The Problems with this MLS cup?
1.The Timing is awful, They can not have the game on a Sunday! That is football day, I gurentee you that the raitings would be higher if they had it on a tuseday or a Wednesday. MLS would actually gain a bunch of viewers if they did that, many people I feel would tune in if Sunday night football was not going on a the same time.
2. ESPN! I will say ESPN has done a great job with promoting soccer but they do a horrific job of promoting the MLS, they make it seem worse then it is and they have not said anything about the finale on sportscenter today. Would it kill them to do a 30 minute season in review and break down of the game tonight?
your thoughts on theese problems and do you have any additional problems

Plus they will be playing in windy wintry conditions. Gee....go figure. Canada in late November. LOL.
I think it's going to be a good game, but I even think a Saturday night game would be better then Sunday night. If you are running any sort of league, don't EVER try to take on the NFL. Especially if you can't guarantee that Donovan, Beckham and Henry won't be a part of the game.
ESPN do a great job on their European coverage, but it's like they go to the B team for their MLS games. I actually wish Fox Soccer was carrying the game.
Keep your pants on for this game. It's cold!

1. The timing needs to be better, the NFL will always have priority over everything and that is why ESPN is not talking about this game. If you have this game on a Tuseday night they will actaully talk about this game because no football and basketball is not that big of a deal and no baseball. THey need to have this finale moved. The raitings would be better and if it was a good game so much would come of it.

Well the MLS is garbage anyway, the Mexican League gets better ratings than the MLS. The Liguilla is way more exciting than the MLS playoffs.
