What would be a good pokemon blue team?

I can't decide between persian and tauros, both of them are really good. dragonite's stats are really high, but I'm not sure about it's moveset...

dodrio or executor can help with the ground weaknesses you're about to have.

I'm not sure if pikachu was good back then... it certainly isn't now
