Is this not clear to all Floyd believers?

Manny said on an interview against Floyd Mayweather;

“I don’t need him, he needs me,” Pacquiao said of Mayweather, during a stop in New York to promote his upcoming fight before with Margarito.

And he said additionally;

“We agree with, you know, his demands,” Pacquiao said, referring specifically to the blood testing. “I wanted to know if that’s his real reason (for not fighting).”

Manny wanted to know if blood testing is the reason why Floyd Mayweather refuse to sign the contract, isn't this statement not quite clear to them.

Everytime Manny agreed, there is new demand again, who you think is Floyd trying to dictate what will happen.

    To put it simply,

    Mayweather has a massive ego. He loves that he has an unblemished record. I believe that he thinks he cant beat Manny. Stylsticly, Manny would just constanly attack Mayweather, and while Mayweather has great defense, he wouldnt be able to mount enough offense, and would lose decision, and that would drop or lower him from the all time p4p list.

    oh so manny says he will test and you believe him? and he says he isnt on steroids and you believe him? dont forget your man is a politician paid to lie. y did he need 24 days for a test in the first place? that is what put negotiations to rest the first time wasnt it? O everyone forgot that manny wouldnt fight without a 24 day blood test cutoff. Pacroid fans should of been convinced a long time ago that pac is on some shady sh*t. Before the negotiations i was a pacman fan, now I strongly believe he is on steroids

    Michael Koncz......Manny Pacqauio's adviser admitted on 24/7 that they agreed to blood testing that would stop 7 DAYS BEFORE THE FIGHT which is essentially a cut of date.

    Floyd Mayweather wanted unlimited testing and Manny Pacqauio agreed to testing with cut off dates which isn't what the Mayweather camp requested.

    Floyd Mayweather is an extremely accomplished fighter and you'd be foolish to think his legacy depends on a fight with Manny Pacqauio. Could it enhance his legacy, without question, but to think he's this fighter thats in desperate need of a fight with Manny to prove something your wrong.
