Sounds silly but, I've never cooked a whole pork roast. It's about a pound and a half?

Marinading it in pineapple ,mandarin, soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic.Cook@325 for about an hour and a half? Its boneless pork loin centre.

Hey Lynn, if you have a thermometer check the pork in about an hour and only cook it to 140 degrees! Take it out at that temp and cover with foil for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. It can be a little pink in the center and still be safe, if you cook it to 165 it will be DRY. In the old days they were cooked to 165 but now days pork is irradiated and is safe at 145. thats how I do mine always, pork chops too. 145 degrees!

It should be done in an hour. check it with a knife to see if the juices run clear and not pink. Use a thermometer to check the inside temp. It should read 165ºF.

Yummy recipe. don't overcook the pork - the loin has very little far on it.
