Santino Marella turn heel because he needs pull something like combination of Shawn Michaels in 1992 & 1997, The Rock in 1997, Triple H in 1999, Christian in 2001, Randy Orton in 2003, Kurt Angle in 2004 & 2007 and Eric Young in TNA in 2009; betrays & turns on Vladimir Kozlov, saves the Nexus from breaking up and alligns with The Usos & Tamina. Santino will go from a confindent, lighter comedic character to the darker, fury aggressive character with 100% villainous persona so he confronted about John Cena, Randy Orton, Triple H, The Big Show, Edge, Christian, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, The Miz, Kofi Kingston, Kaval, MVP and John Morrison earning fame & success in the WWE.

I agree with Nick that Morrison NEEDS to turn heel to be a big star. I hate to always compare todays stars to past stars but lets be honest if anyone can follow HBK's career, minus the back injury, its Morrison. But to do that he needs to be heel. His cocky character is stale and makes no sense as a face. He is awesome as a heel though.

I think Ted Dibiase needs a face turn. His heel character is boring because he cuts the same promo about being a rich kid over and over and over. Its boring!

I think Goldust should turn heel and make a awkward team with Cody. it could be funny to have the ever-homo Goldy with the self-grooming Cody. And they would make a goo team with good history too.

John Cena, first and foremost, should make the heel turn cause the fans are booing him anyway so why not give them a real reason to. I think a heel turn would help Kofi & Evan Bourne make it past midcard. Drew McIntyre is McMahon's 'chosen one' so it really doesn't matter what turn he makes, but I'd like to see how he'd turn out as a babyface. I also would like to see DiBiase turn face and have him & Cody Rhodes have a knock down drag out feud similar to the HBK/HHH feud.
