Ok , well the snake, Randy Orton isnt overrated & neither it Cena or Rey Mysterio.

The people who are overrated are:

Edge(a little), Sheamus, Im pretty sure Kane is Heavy weight champion.. im not sure havent watched smackdown in 3 weeks :/ lol but he's not overrated. The WWE champion (Miz) is though <- Sorry couldn't help it. I just hate him so SO SO muchh. & Alex Reiley or whatever. Umm ... Santino is a little ... & that's pretty much it .. in my opinion

Although I don't think Mysterio is that overrated, I'll answer the question with Kofi Kingston and Sheamus. Sheamus maybe is a Mid-carder...why was he winning WWE championships?
