Paypal Limitation please help?
back in August. i received a Email from paypal saying that, my account was limited. After I gave the information to try to verify my ownership of the account ; I received another email telling me that my appeal was denied.
So I called Paypal to find out why my appeal was denied. the representative told me that my information could not be identified with a third party ( Experian). which is a credit report company. the problem was that i do not have any credit. in september i took out a parent plus loan for school. will my information show up on Experians records?
i do not need a credit report. paypal needs to verify my info ( date of birth, social security, address, ect) with a third party (experian) who is a credit report company.

Why on earth do you need a credit report to verify your PayPal account?
Don't you have a bank account? Or a debit card with your bank?
Just add your bank account instead of trying to have them run your credit!
