South Beach food products?

Kraft Food's South Beach frozen food line are being discontinued. The reason - not enough people buying it to support Kraft.

I haven't seen them around in a while either. I know you can go online though and search for the south beach diets and you can find recipes to make their meals. It shows what foods to buy in the supermarket. You can also go to their website and it will give you a meal plan. By personal experience, if you are looking to get heart healthy and not just lose weight, I highly recommend the Insanity workout videos. They will melt the fat right off your body as well as build muscle and give nice definition. My husband is 40 and now has a 6 pack, the results are crazy. I did the workout for 5 weeks and then I stopped for 5 months because of my schedule. I have not noticed them where I live.I buy lunchables all the time for my kids and I've never saw them.

all i know is i won't worry about eating too much when i'm pregnant!
