Arm hurts for no reason?
My friend's arm hurts for no reason. He hasn't been jousting recently or doing anything strenuous. So if any of you intelligent people out there have any clue to what it is, take a stab. Or you could just say anything, I really don't care.

Sometimes, sleeping the wrong way can cause pain in various places. Also, he could be experiencing growing pains where his bones are growing larger and his body is just trying to adjust in the best way possible.
