The creatures Jonathan suggested are extremely inefficient for a burn deck. Burn creatures should be things like Goblin Guide, Kiln Fiend, Chandra's Spitfire, Ball Lightning, and Fire Servant.

Sorceries and Instants would be Searing Blaze, Lightning Bolt, Burst Lightning, Earthquake/Fireball as a finisher.

4 Lightning Bolt 4 Burst Lightning 4 Ball Lightning 4 Hellspark Elemental 4 Goblin handbook 4 Searing Blaze (little bit of a raffle against decks without creatures you could objective) 4 Elemental charm

Well, first of all you need really efficient creatures that can beat or ping. Jackal pup, mogg fanatic, flame slinger, cunning sparkmage, keldon marauders, prodigial pyromancer etc. Next, you need the burn!!! The best burn of course is Bolt itself, with burst lightning, staggershock, searing blaze, incinerate, and shock all come in second through playable. Now, this is optional, but stuff to assist your burn is useful too like Furnace of Rath. The point of the burn deck is to get the opponent from 20 to zero ASAP, and anything that deviates from that strategy should be cut from the deck.
