if you have 4x Furnace of Rath, it will be x16. Detail as following.

When Burst Lightning resolves (assuming it wasn't kicked), it would dealt 2 damage to target.

Since damage would be dealt, each Furnace's effect will try to alter the damage. As controller of all 4 instance of Furnace's effect, you choose which one to apply. Once one of the Furnace's effect is applied, Burst would be doing 2x2=4 damage.

You apply one of the remaining 3 effects to the now 4 damage, so 4x2=8.

Then one of the remaining 2 effects, so 8x2=16

Lastly, the last effect so 16x2=32.

Have fun with Furnace of Rath.

    yes it stack

you have 2 of these, x4

    * 10/4/2004: If a spell or ability damages multiple things, divide up the damage before applying this effect. This means you can't normally end up with an odd amount of damage on something.

    * 10/4/2004: The trample rules cause damage to be divided before it is doubled.

    * 10/4/2004: If you have two of these on the battlefield, the damage is multiplied by 4.

    * 10/4/2004: The multiplied damage counts in all ways as if it came from the original source. Furnace of Rath is not the source.

    * 8/1/2005: If multiple effects modify how damage will be dealt, the player who would be dealt damage or the controller of the creature that would be dealt damage chooses the order to apply the effects. For example, Mending Hands says, "Prevent the next 4 damage that would be dealt to target creature or player this turn." Suppose a spell would deal 5 damage to a player who has cast Mending Hands targeting himself or herself. That player can either (a) prevent 4 damage first and then let Furnace of Rath double the remaining 1 damage, taking 2 damage, or (b) double the damage to 10 and then prevent 4 damage, taking 6 damage.

Yes. Two Furnaces means x4 damage. But I believe the damage is stacked by adding the extra rather than multiplying it again, so three Furnaces would be x6 instead of x8, and four would be x8 instead of x16.

Heck yeah! If you have two out it's x4, 3 x8 and all 4 x 16. Each bust lightning now is lethal damage. Plus some extra.
