I get a one way Z:\ is not accessible access is denied on a network drive. How do I get rid of the message?

Computer A tries to share its DVD drive with computer B and I get the error message. When I try to share the DVD drive of computer B with computer A it works without the error message. Both have the default administrator access on Windows XP home.

Update:

I want computer A to read the drive off computer B, but it doesn't work. It doesn't do me any good to reverse it, because the original problem is the DVD drive on computer A doesn't read key DVD update discs so instead of getting a new drive, I thought about just using a network drive.
