where is toon table of contents, you need 3
Character decks are usually horrible, this deck is just plain horrible, dead draws, I mean a lot, in most cases you wont be able to summon anything.
Cant really do much if the deck is gonna be based on pegasus crap deck really

in my opinion it s a 9.5/10 but you should add more into your defense of like scrap iron scarescrow
