I can't sleep at night.?

I have no problem getting to sleep, but I can't stay asleep. I always wake up between 2 and 4, then am up for hours. Then I fall asleep and get in the best sleep at 6 o'clock, then I have to be up at seven...any suggestions. I am 51 and menopausal, but I can't go on like this, it is draining

    umm id have to say try doing sum exercse to make ur body relaxed

    I was having the same problem so I went and saw a naturopath. She gave me some herbs to take and now I sleep really well. They have valerian in them. Hope you find a solution :)

    That sucks. Try running or walking for 10 min. on a treadmill a few hours b4 bedtime.
