Weird medical question regarding the thumb nails....?
If you have wavy indentions in your thumb nails or any other finger nails, does this mean that you have a medical condition and if so, what conditon(s)?

If the nail surface is rippled or pitted, this may be an early sign of psoriasis or inflammatory arthritis. Discoloration of the nail is common; the skin under the nail can seem reddish-brown. Psoriasis is a skin condition that starts in the nails 10% of the time.
Horizontal ridges indicate stress, and Beau's lines are associated with many serious conditions.
Vertical ridges are associated with arthritis.
Vertical grooves are asociated with kidney disorders, aging, and iron deficiency.
