What are some good games for Wii?

Question

My sister and I got a Wii for Christmas, but the only game we have (besides the Wii Sports and Mario games that came with it) are Wii Fit Plus.  

Does anyone have any reccomendations for Wii games that we could try?

I'm fairly new to the Wii, so I haven't really gotten to play any of the games yet, and the games are expensive, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a game that ended up being boring.

Well, I really enjoyed Wii Music because you can play with instruments. You can play up to 4 players and play custom band... I think. Custom band is when you choose what song to do and choose what instrument you want. It's like remixing the song. Very fun :3

If you feel like playing alone, I recommend Animal Crossing: City Folk! I like A.C. because it's like you're in a new world. You get to choose the town and name buy a house. Your neighbors are animals, of course. This game is very unique. I'm not sure if you will like it, but you can check out their website (below).

If you don't already have Wii Sports Resort, I seriously recommend it!! My dad, bro, and I love to play that game! When you buy the game, it comes with one Wii Motion Plus. You need Wii Motion Plus to play that game, by the way. It has all kinds of games on it like basketball, table tennis, frisbee, water-ski, etc. You can learn more about it at their website (below).

No you cannot play Wii video games at the gamecube Because: The Gamecube got here out approximately 6 years b4 the wii did! And the wii disc wont are compatible within the Gamecubes' disc force. And to reply your heading, Yes you'll be able to play Wii video games at the Wii! (lol). Hope I helped! :)
