The question is a bit tongue in cheek. I'm well aware that megapixels only give you resolution, I was just sharing this gynormous pic (a world record in size).

I have a 0.73 terapixel camera and all my pictures are blurry!!! Like: what should I buy to fix it?

You know that is a composite image of many, many individual photos right?
If you want to do that, the number of pixels on your camera's sensor does not matter. The difference between creating such a shot with a 10 vs. 14MP camera would just be shooting more photos with the 10MP camera.
