I can never look at my girlfriend, or ex girlfriend in the eye ever again in my life, oh my god.?

I need help, i dont know what to do and i dont know why i did this. let me make it short. i was at my girlfriends house and we were home alone and to not get graphic...we were on her bed and things got "heated"...we didnt have sex but you can imagine what we did. so i left her house to get some food and i was going to come back and when i leave i sent my cousin a text, atleast it was intended for my cousin, but i sent it to her by mistake. i said "yo i just left her house, im going to kfc and im gonna come back and get some more pu*** (; " and she just said "um?" **** off, get the **** out of my life you fake ****, and save your fake apologies, youre dead to me now, dont ever look in my direction again, bye" what do i do?? is there anyways i can make this whole situation better? i feel terrible, i love this girl and i have so much feelings for her, shes not a slut and i dont think of her like that. i never talk about her in that way but i dont know what got into me that day. please help me

    you deserve that girls trust guys to keep things like that private and guys like you are the ones that **** it up.

    We all brag to our friends about the girls we are banging. Were guys thats what we do .

    However the chicks dont like it or really like you makeing them sound like little whores.

    When you fu(k up and send out a text like that to the wrong person especially to her,your screwed,or should I say NOT screwed by her anymore

    next time wait til you see your cousin in person before bragging about the next girl

    i guess the adult males she needs in all threat are gonna handle her like crap. some women will try this to ya (i dont tho). basically locate yet another female and supply up calling her.....for an prolonged time. despite if she calls you decrease back, dont call her except its an emergency. that way she would have time to think of on how she dealt with you. dont subject....basically act such as you quite dont care (despite in case you do) she will in all threat come working into your hands, or she would be calling you each and every of the time attempting to say sorry.

    omg.. if i was her i would be upset. let her calm down just a tad and then go up to her and say lyk babe sorry i just wanted my cousin to know that i have lyk the best girlfriend and things r gonna get hot. sorry we tell each other everything.

    tell her you ****** up. Tell her is was meant for your cousin as a joke... if she doesnt understand now, she might in a few weeks or months. All you can do it keep saying you are sorry and mean it
